planning it out

 Right now I am planning how my commercial will be shot, what camera angles are best to use, time dates, and how the weather should look. 

props:

My main prop is going to be a bottle of coca cola, with a side treat like chips to go with the soda, nothing to take away focus from the soda. They chip will be not be a name brand chip because this is a soda commercial.

costumes

Since the commercial is about friendship, so it wont have any special types of clothing. What will be worn in the commercial is clothing the average teenager would wear. Nothing to over the top, what will be seen are jeans, jackets, t-shirts, possibly a skirt. Hair in a ponytail or just hair down.

location list

My main location will be by the library where the stone seats are. It has great lighting, its an area where most students would sit just to hang with their friends, and it seems like it would be quiet enough for filming. Especially since its just two students interacting in a playful manner in which you can clearly see that they are friends.

My backup location is the stair way in front of the library. It has a nice view with just as great lighting and is an area where could be interpreted as a place where social interaction can happen. We can do the same, shoot except with someone walking up the stairs.

Incase the weather is horrible we can film in the stairs at building 17 where it has great coverage from the rain and any harsh elements. If someone can not help me film then I will have a backup person to help me with my filming and acting.

 Props- In my music video, props will include microphones, fake angel wings, a backpack, picnic basket, blanket, phone, and headphones. I'm not complete sure if I want food to be included in this video and if I might have to add other props Costumes- In the music video there will be a white dress, with white heals. there will also be another costume wear its just jeans and a shirt with a jacket. Everyone else would be wearing there regular clothing regardless of the scene and will have one main person. they will be wearing all white, as per the dress and depending on the person it will change but will stay all white. Hello I'm Cecelia Torrez, and I'm excited to share my experience through my final project in my media studies class. I'm excited share my project with the readers of my blog, but first I want to give background about my self and what's been going on in my life. First off, my grades have gotten really good and I have been more responsible. I believe that I have become more responsible due to keeping a schedule more often of my plans for the week. The beginning of the year I made it my resolution to become more responsible for the year so that I could be better, and improve myself. So far, I have been following through and I have become more responsible. I'm hoping the by the end of the year I would have made major life improvements. Editing our movie

Hello, my name is Cecelia, and this is my blog where I talk about me and my groups short film and what we have been up to lately. It's been a stressful week and I've finally had the opportunity to start editing the short film. The play was a success Friday night, and I got just enough sleep to wake up early in the morning and start editing before I had to do the play at night. When I started editing, I went through my notebook for all the notes I made and started editing. I went through each clip and decided how I wanted to edit the entire scenes together. I wanted to make it go smoothly together, but that took many times because I couldn't find a good transition between scenes without any awkward pauses. I then had to make sure the audio matched up and that it wouldn't have any bits where there was pure silence. While the scenes were great, there were a few changes I had to make.
