Guess whos back

Hello I'm Cecelia Torrez, and I'm excited to share my experience through my final project in my media studies class. I'm excited share my project with the readers of my blog, but first I want to give background about my self and what's been going on in my life. First off, my grades have gotten really good and I have been more responsible. I believe that I have become more responsible due to keeping a schedule more often of my plans for the week. The beginning of the year I made it my resolution to become more responsible for the year so that I could be better, and improve myself. So far, I have been following through and I have become more responsible. I'm hoping the by the end of the year I would have made major life improvements. I've gotten back into my art, which I love, and I am trying to hone my craft so that maybe it becomes a side business to my main job in the future. I'm now in symphonic band, its different from marching band. Instead of marching and playing current popular song, like in marching band, symphonic band focuses more on classic songs and posture. All the things I'm writing about, are things that help stimulate my creativity and build a better future for myself. I'm hoping the better I advance myself in these subjects and others, such as math and science, I will have better chances at better colleges and better test scores. The classes I'm taking will surely help me improve and help give me and my family a better life. More about media studies, I'm excited for my upcoming project, I'm reading to make some changes from the regular routine I have when doing my project. My first two projects were fun and I enjoyed creating and editing them. However, I relies that this project will be harder then the other two and I have to work twice as hard with this this project. Though the work will be hard it doesn't diminish my excitement for this new one. I cant wait to start filming and research for this project. I know that I will work hard, and try to make my project perfect. I'm ready for the next for weeks I'm going to spend on this project.  Props- In my music video, props will include microphones, fake angel wings, a backpack, picnic basket, blanket, phone, and headphones. I'm not complete sure if I want food to be included in this video and if I might have to add other props Costumes- In the music video there will be a white dress, with white heals. there will also be another costume wear its just jeans and a shirt with a jacket. Everyone else would be wearing there regular clothing regardless of the scene and will have one main person. they will be wearing all white, as per the dress and depending on the person it will change but will stay all white. The only hats worn will be worn by other background people. The main person will not be wearing a hat or covering of the head of any kind.  Schedule- 11/20/2021- I will be on a trip in Orlando so will try to film some shots of places I will be at 11/21/2021- I will still be on a trip except I'll be at universal studios so I will film myself at the park with friend...

Editing our movie

Hello, my name is Cecelia, and this is my blog where I talk about me and my groups short film and what we have been up to lately. It's been a stressful week and I've finally had the opportunity to start editing the short film. The play was a success Friday night, and I got just enough sleep to wake up early in the morning and start editing before I had to do the play at night. When I started editing, I went through my notebook for all the notes I made and started editing. I went through each clip and decided how I wanted to edit the entire scenes together. I wanted to make it go smoothly together, but that took many times because I couldn't find a good transition between scenes without any awkward pauses. I then had to make sure the audio matched up and that it wouldn't have any bits where there was pure silence. While the scenes were great, there were a few changes I had to make.
