More production

 Today I continued the work on my music video and went on with production. The day after filming was a day of rest, mostly due to some circumstances. I had to do work for some of my other classes, and stuff outside of school. So the Monday when school started again is when I started to look at the shots I had taken in the park. I looked through each trying to see which clips I could and couldn't use. I took a lot so I had to make sure each video made the requirements I needed. First I made sure the video had a clear view of what we were doing, then I had to make sure it wasn't to long or to short. After making sure the clip would work in my music video I had to send it to myself. The way I transfer videos from my phone to my laptop is through email. I go through my videos in my gallery and email to myself, then I go to my laptop and its there. However, there's a problem with how I do it, when sending the video it gives a limit so its hard to send long videos. With a lot of my clips I had to cutout a lot of the clips and it made things all the more complicated. For a little while I couldn't even send anymore shots because my email wouldn't let me send any. I got frustrated and angry so I had to cool off from saving more clips to my laptop, until I made more space. Luckily after cooling down and waiting a little my laptop finally started to let me send video files again so I just kept doing that. I decided that I didn't want to have to wait on email to save clips so instead I asked someone else for their opinion. They told me that there's a simpler way then going through that whole process. Instead of emailing myself the video, I can just use my charger and connect my phone to the laptop. I would do it now but I already sent in all the videos I needed. I'm going to start editing soon and do my final touches on my video. I'm excited to finally put all the pieces together and have my video finished. I worked really hard on this and I'm excited to see the results and hope everyone watching will enjoy it. I know that when I'm done editing the video will look great, I'm even having someone look at it to give their opinion on it so I can have an outside opinion.  Props- In my music video, props will include microphones, fake angel wings, a backpack, picnic basket, blanket, phone, and headphones. I'm not complete sure if I want food to be included in this video and if I might have to add other props Costumes- In the music video there will be a white dress, with white heals. there will also be another costume wear its just jeans and a shirt with a jacket. Everyone else would be wearing there regular clothing regardless of the scene and will have one main person. they will be wearing all white, as per the dress and depending on the person it will change but will stay all white. The only hats worn will be worn by other background people. The main person will not be wearing a hat or covering of the head of any kind.  Schedule- 11/20/2021- I will be on a trip in Orlando so will try to film some shots of places I will be at 11/21/2021- I will still be on a trip except I'll be at universal studios so I will film myself at the park with friend...

Hello I'm Cecelia Torrez, and I'm excited to share my experience through my final project in my media studies class. I'm excited share my project with the readers of my blog, but first I want to give background about my self and what's been going on in my life. First off, my grades have gotten really good and I have been more responsible. I believe that I have become more responsible due to keeping a schedule more often of my plans for the week. The beginning of the year I made it my resolution to become more responsible for the year so that I could be better, and improve myself. So far, I have been following through and I have become more responsible. I'm hoping the by the end of the year I would have made major life improvements. Editing our movie

Hello, my name is Cecelia, and this is my blog where I talk about me and my groups short film and what we have been up to lately. It's been a stressful week and I've finally had the opportunity to start editing the short film. The play was a success Friday night, and I got just enough sleep to wake up early in the morning and start editing before I had to do the play at night. When I started editing, I went through my notebook for all the notes I made and started editing. I went through each clip and decided how I wanted to edit the entire scenes together. I wanted to make it go smoothly together, but that took many times because I couldn't find a good transition between scenes without any awkward pauses. I then had to make sure the audio matched up and that it wouldn't have any bits where there was pure silence. While the scenes were great, there were a few changes I had to make.
