Starting production

 On the days leading up to filming I had to start getting ready. The first thing I did was make sure my official filming spot would be open and ready for filming. Since my official filming spot is the fair, its no where near other schools and it would be okay to film there. The next thing was getting tickets to make it into the fair, since I couldn't get into it other wise. Instead of buying it at the actual fair, the tickets would be brought at sedanos. If the tickets were brought at the fair we most likely would be stuck in a long line, and by the time we got in it would be completely packed. After the tickets, I went over my story board to plan out my route on the fair. I had to chose which rides to go one first, since their an important part of my music video. I wanted to make sure that we would go on rides, that wouldn't have long lines, so that we film faster and not lose any daylight. luckily for me, the rides that I needed to film on were right in the front so it would be faster to get there. Along with the rides I decided to film the eating scene after going on the quick motion rides so nobody would get sick and throw up. If anybody got sick at the fair then we would have to stop filming and leave, which would be bad since that day would be my only chance to film. After that we would walk around and take a break, no filming and just having fun at the fair. I'm going to plan our route so that we will walk to the next location which is the exposition center. At the exposition center we are going to film the cut scenes, which are the dance sequences, at the bridge. After filming it we should be near the end of the fair and filming the Ferris wheel scene. Since the Ferris wheel scene is the final scene we should be heading home right after, or hang out at the fair more. I'm excited to start filming soon for the music video. the song I picked out seems perfect to me for a Ferris wheel setting and will go with the theme of the video which is having fun. I already asked everyone if they're ok with being filmed and they all gave their approval. I wouldn't be able to film if someone said no since I need as much people as I can get. weather says clear sky's all around to there's nothing to get in the way of filming.  Props- In my music video, props will include microphones, fake angel wings, a backpack, picnic basket, blanket, phone, and headphones. I'm not complete sure if I want food to be included in this video and if I might have to add other props Costumes- In the music video there will be a white dress, with white heals. there will also be another costume wear its just jeans and a shirt with a jacket. Everyone else would be wearing there regular clothing regardless of the scene and will have one main person. they will be wearing all white, as per the dress and depending on the person it will change but will stay all white. The only hats worn will be worn by other background people. The main person will not be wearing a hat or covering of the head of any kind.  Schedule- 11/20/2021- I will be on a trip in Orlando so will try to film some shots of places I will be at 11/21/2021- I will still be on a trip except I'll be at universal studios so I will film myself at the park with friend...

Hello I'm Cecelia Torrez, and I'm excited to share my experience through my final project in my media studies class. I'm excited share my project with the readers of my blog, but first I want to give background about my self and what's been going on in my life. First off, my grades have gotten really good and I have been more responsible. I believe that I have become more responsible due to keeping a schedule more often of my plans for the week. The beginning of the year I made it my resolution to become more responsible for the year so that I could be better, and improve myself. So far, I have been following through and I have become more responsible. I'm hoping the by the end of the year I would have made major life improvements. Editing our movie

Hello, my name is Cecelia, and this is my blog where I talk about me and my groups short film and what we have been up to lately. It's been a stressful week and I've finally had the opportunity to start editing the short film. The play was a success Friday night, and I got just enough sleep to wake up early in the morning and start editing before I had to do the play at night. When I started editing, I went through my notebook for all the notes I made and started editing. I went through each clip and decided how I wanted to edit the entire scenes together. I wanted to make it go smoothly together, but that took many times because I couldn't find a good transition between scenes without any awkward pauses. I then had to make sure the audio matched up and that it wouldn't have any bits where there was pure silence. While the scenes were great, there were a few changes I had to make.
