Planning: the schedule is official

 We have decided what the schedule for filming and creating should be for the short movie. For planning we each have very different schedules and it was hard to organize who should be doing what and when to film. So far for the following week we will be figuring out health safety protocols we should go to, so we don't get each other sick. We will be wearing masks and making sure to bring our own food and not get to close and get each other sick. We already have Zhara doing the storyboard so we will have it done by February third. We have decided for costumes that it will be regular teen wear, stuff you would see a teen wearing in today's time, except for Emma who will be wearing more dated clothes to match her death date. By next Wednesday we will have finished with props and have them designed and ready. For the props we were going to use a design website and edit it, so it looks like an old lost poster. We will also be deciding whether or not we want to create a fake newspaper. The newspaper would have the fact that the girl had died so the movie would have more of a realism effect. To do so we would need to have the ‘Emma’ casted, and we haven't yet.  We need to decide on casting soon for our movie. So far, we haven't figured out who we want to be in our movie and who to cast as what character.

This Saturday we’re going to work on casting people as the roles and figuring out who can act in our movie. We plan on filming at Hugh Taylor Birch State Park for all our scenes. The park is big, and we should be able to film without trouble and get through all the scenes. Cecelia will be directing, Charlie will be editing, and filming will be done by Zhara. Since we can't film this weekend, we plan on filming February fourth on a Saturday. None of us can film on a different day since we will all be busy. We will all drive in separate cars and should arrive at one pm. Once we arrive, we are going to head into a very deep part of the park and start filming. We should be done around five and have completely finished filming. Once we are done filming all the clips will be going to Charlie so he can edit them. We should be done before February seventeenth so we can finish our short film on time. In case all fails we will have a different date on the 11th to film in case it's raining on the fourth. We will also have backup costumes and props as well as make sure to be prepared to act in the movies ourselves in case an actor drops out. We have everything planned out and ready.
