Finally filming

 Today is the day we started filming and I'm so happy about that, we finally get to start the one of the best parts of making a short film. So, to start off today I had to do something else for my family but after that I went straight to the park where we would all meet up and discuss what we will do for the day and then start filming. It took me a while to get there but I finally did and after when everyone got there, we started filming for our short film. I won't go into what exactly we did, but I will go through the highlights and how filming was overall. So, one of the highlights is all of us getting together and discussing how we would film. It was easy for all of us to get along and each agree on what we should do with the characters and how the actresses feel with the scripts. Each of us really got into our roles, felt the characters, and we all talked about how a small action can change the entire character. I really was happy with my role and how I acted in the film, I was really into my character and how she was. I was mainly happy to get into character and practice since I had a play coming up. While A play is different from a short film, it still helps build up my confidence with acting. While I can always do another take, acting in anyway is helping me and it's fun to be doing it with friends. The lines weren't hard to learn so nobody forgot, and we were able to swiftly work through the film. For some scenes we had to do multiple takes, but others took only one or two. By the end of the shooting, we still had time before leaving so we went over the videos that were taken from each scene would redo what we thought could be better and added somethings that weren't in the script, which was fun. I really enjoyed shooting with everyone today, I really love filming and I missed doing this. I want to do this more and make more short films and hopefully this will help with that. I need more experience and doing this gave me that and I'm so happy that I get to work with such an amazing group. Afterwards I looked through so much of the clips and they were all really good so I'm excited to start editing. I'm going to talk to my group about who is mainly doing what and from there we will soon be finished. I really hope you enjoyed reading, and I hope all of you have a wonderful day.

 Props- In my music video, props will include microphones, fake angel wings, a backpack, picnic basket, blanket, phone, and headphones. I'm not complete sure if I want food to be included in this video and if I might have to add other props Costumes- In the music video there will be a white dress, with white heals. there will also be another costume wear its just jeans and a shirt with a jacket. Everyone else would be wearing there regular clothing regardless of the scene and will have one main person. they will be wearing all white, as per the dress and depending on the person it will change but will stay all white. The only hats worn will be worn by other background people. The main person will not be wearing a hat or covering of the head of any kind.  Schedule- 11/20/2021- I will be on a trip in Orlando so will try to film some shots of places I will be at 11/21/2021- I will still be on a trip except I'll be at universal studios so I will film myself at the park with friend...

Hello I'm Cecelia Torrez, and I'm excited to share my experience through my final project in my media studies class. I'm excited share my project with the readers of my blog, but first I want to give background about my self and what's been going on in my life. First off, my grades have gotten really good and I have been more responsible. I believe that I have become more responsible due to keeping a schedule more often of my plans for the week. The beginning of the year I made it my resolution to become more responsible for the year so that I could be better, and improve myself. Editing our movie

Hello, my name is Cecelia, and this is my blog where I talk about me and my groups short film and what we have been up to lately. It's been a stressful week and I've finally had the opportunity to start editing the short film. The play was a success Friday night, and I got just enough sleep to wake up early in the morning and start editing before I had to do the play at night. When I started editing, I went through my notebook for all the notes I made and started editing. I went through each clip and decided how I wanted to edit the entire scenes together. I wanted to make it go smoothly together, but that took many times because I couldn't find a good transition between scenes without any awkward pauses. I then had to make sure the audio matched up and that it wouldn't have any bits where there was pure silence. While the scenes were great, there were a few changes I had to make.
