Props are essential to the film

Hello and welcome back to me talking to you about my group's mini movie, and how excited I am to be doing this. This week me and my group have started working on our short film and one of the things we have worked on were props. We realized that we needed to get our props for the movie as it would be the simplest thing to do, and that we could really do outside of school as we all had a pact schedule this week. We couldn't find a special prop store, where they only sold props, so we went to target instead. It's simple, nearby, and had everything our movie really needed. For me, it was a rough time getting there, I had to balance my time preparing for the play I am in and working around going to the prop store with Zahra and Charlie. So, to work it out I was told their schedules and I told them mine and we talked about what we were going to do and when we were going to meet. I had my mom take me to the target we all agreed on after practice and made sure to have my own personal list down on things I thought we would need. When I got there, I met with Charlie and Zahra, then started to head inside the store. We went inside and at first, we went our separate ways to each find the props we thought we would need. Before we split up, we all agreed on a place to meet at a certain time and then split up. I went through each of the Iles to see if there was anything we needed or if there's anything we should get. I got a lot of things that weren't really needed, but I got them just in case we needed it. Around the time we needed to meet up, I had to rush since I was far from where I was supposed to be. When I got there, I was a little late, but it was fine since we were all there. We all got together and decided what we needed, what is too expensive, and what would be wasted in the film so we could budget out money. After that, we finalized what we were going to get and how we were going to use it in our film so we would have an idea of what to do with it and when we would need it. We were finally able to go in line and buy everything we needed by splitting the cost. heading home it was nice knowing we had got this out of the way, despite the busy week I had. Now we just needed to work out some other details and then the group could begin filming. I hope everyone reading this has a wonderful day and thank you for reading my blog.

 Props- In my music video, props will include microphones, fake angel wings, a backpack, picnic basket, blanket, phone, and headphones. I'm not complete sure if I want food to be included in this video and if I might have to add other props Costumes- In the music video there will be a white dress, with white heals. there will also be another costume wear its just jeans and a shirt with a jacket. Everyone else would be wearing there regular clothing regardless of the scene and will have one main person. they will be wearing all white, as per the dress and depending on the person it will change but will stay all white. The only hats worn will be worn by other background people. The main person will not be wearing a hat or covering of the head of any kind.  Schedule- 11/20/2021- I will be on a trip in Orlando so will try to film some shots of places I will be at 11/21/2021- I will still be on a trip except I'll be at universal studios so I will film myself at the park with friend...

Hello I'm Cecelia Torrez, and I'm excited to share my experience through my final project in my media studies class. I'm excited share my project with the readers of my blog, but first I want to give background about my self and what's been going on in my life. First off, my grades have gotten really good and I have been more responsible. I believe that I have become more responsible due to keeping a schedule more often of my plans for the week. The beginning of the year I made it my resolution to become more responsible for the year so that I could be better, and improve myself. So far, I have been following through and I have become more responsible. I'm hoping the by the end of the year I would have made major life improvements. Editing our movie

Hello, my name is Cecelia, and this is my blog where I talk about me and my groups short film and what we have been up to lately. It's been a stressful week and I've finally had the opportunity to start editing the short film. The play was a success Friday night, and I got just enough sleep to wake up early in the morning and start editing before I had to do the play at night. When I started editing, I went through my notebook for all the notes I made and started editing. I went through each clip and decided how I wanted to edit the entire scenes together. I wanted to make it go smoothly together, but that took many times because I couldn't find a good transition between scenes without any awkward pauses. I then had to make sure the audio matched up and that it wouldn't have any bits where there was pure silence. While the scenes were great, there were a few changes I had to make.
